Product

What are caffeine pouches?
Caffeine pouches are small, pre-portioned packets you tuck behind your upper lip. Each Strive pouch delivers 100 mg of caffeine plus a focus blend (L-theanine, Cognizin® citicoline, plus vitamins D3, K2 and zinc), absorbed through your gum instead of swallowed. They're nicotine-free, tobacco-free, sugar-free, and need no water, cup, or cleanup.
How do caffeine pouches work?
You place one pouch behind your upper lip and leave it there for 20 to 60 minutes. The caffeine and actives release gradually and absorb through the soft tissue in your mouth. Feel it in about 10–15 minutes. There's no spitting and no swallowing required.
How much caffeine is in one pouch?
Each Strive pouch contains 100 mg of caffeine, roughly the same as a standard cup of coffee. The dose is fixed and printed on the label, so you always know exactly what you're getting.
How many pouches can I use per day?
Use no more than 4 pouches in 24 hours. That's the labeled limit. Space them out, and skip it late in the day if caffeine affects your sleep.
Do Strive pouches contain nicotine?
No. Strive contains no nicotine and no tobacco. The active is caffeine plus a nootropic and vitamin blend, nothing else.
Where are Strive pouches made?
Made in the USA in a cGMP-certified, NSF-certified, FDA-registered facility. Every batch is third-party lab tested. Certificate of Analysis available.

Usage & safety

How long do you leave a pouch in?
Keep one pouch behind your upper lip for 20 to 60 minutes, then throw it away. Use the lower end if you're new to it and the higher end when you want a longer, steadier effect.
How long until it kicks in?
Feel it in about 10–15 minutes. Because the caffeine absorbs through your gum rather than your stomach, many people notice it sooner than they would from a drink.
Are caffeine pouches safe?
Strive is a caffeine product, so the usual caffeine guidance applies: it's 100 mg per pouch, with a labeled limit of 4 in 24 hours. It isn't recommended for anyone under 18, people who are pregnant or nursing, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. If you have a medical condition or take medication, talk to your doctor first. Discontinue use if you experience adverse effects.
Are caffeine pouches addictive?
Strive contains no nicotine, so there's no nicotine dependence. Caffeine itself can be habit-forming and regular users may notice withdrawal (like headaches) if they stop suddenly, the same as with coffee or energy drinks. Use it the way you'd use any caffeine.
Can I swallow the saliva?
Yes, swallowing your saliva while using a pouch is normal and fine. You don't need to spit. Just don't swallow the pouch itself.
Do caffeine pouches stain teeth?
Strive is tobacco-free and uses light, clear flavoring rather than the dark compounds in coffee or tea, so staining isn't a concern the way it can be with those drinks. As with any oral product, keep up your normal oral hygiene.
Can I use a pouch before a workout?
Many people use a pouch before training for clean energy and focus without a drink sloshing in their stomach. Stay within 4 pouches per 24 hours, hydrate normally, and don't stack it with other caffeine sources.

Ingredients

What are L-theanine and Cognizin®?
L-theanine is an amino acid found in tea, paired with caffeine in Strive for calm, focused energy. It's the most-studied caffeine duo there is. Cognizin® is a branded form of citicoline, a nutrient found in the brain, included to support cognitive function. Both are listed at their exact dose on the label.
Are Strive pouches vegan and gluten-free?
Strive's other ingredients are: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT), Sucralose, Mannitol, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Carbonate, BioPerine® (Black Pepper Fruit Extract), Water. The pouch contains no obvious animal-derived or gluten ingredients, but formal vegan/gluten-free status is pending final confirmation. Check the live label or contact us before relying on it for a dietary restriction.

Orders & subscriptions

Are caffeine pouches better than coffee or energy drinks?
It depends what you want. Pouches are portable, sugar-free, calorie-free, and need no liquid, with a fixed 100 mg dose. Coffee and energy drinks win on ritual and variety. We break down both head-to-head.
